The ancient Khmer people were prolific builders and built thousands of temples during their reign as rulers of a vast empire. Most people know about Angkor Wat and a few of the other popular temples such as Bayon and Ta Prohm. What they don’t know is that there are many temples to visit in the Siem Reap province, and neighbouring provinces in Cambodia.
